It’s hard to believe that we are in the middle of December already! This year has flown by on the wings of a peregrine falcon.
As we draw nearer to 2024, the UPEC Board has two requests. We also have three Board Members who have shared a bit about themselves and why they support the mission of UPEC – see below. Last, we are sharing our plan for the coming year.
Request 1: Please consider contributing to UPEC. We are the only nonprofit in Utah researching, discussing, and highlighting how population affects all other parts of our environment. Financial gifts of any size make a difference. Below are four different ways to donate. We are more than happy to accommodate your chosen method of payment. As you can see below, a paper check is the most economical (for UPEC) method of payment to UPEC. Again, whatever is convenient for you is fine and appreciated. Thank you!
Request 2: If population issues matter to you, please talk about them over the holidays with friends and family. We need more voices in private homes, public spaces, and on social media talking about population. Please join us.
Sneak Peek: The Board of UPEC recently decided to offer a Speakers Series in 2024. We will be finalizing the list of topics and speakers sometime in January. More details coming soon.
